State lupnt::CartToEastNorthUp(const State &xyz, const State &xyz_ref, Real R_body, Real flattening)

Convert Cartesian coordinates to East-North-Up coordinates.

Parameters:

• xyz – Cartesian position vector (x, y, z) [m] or (x, y, z, vx, vy, vz) [m, m/s]

• xyz_ref – Reference position vector (x, y, z) [m]

• R_body – Body radius [m]

• flattening – Body flattening [-]

Returns:

East-North-Up coordinates (e, n, u) [m] or (e, n, u, ve, vn, vu) [m, m/s]
