Real lupnt::TcbToTcl(Real t_tcb, const Vec3 &x_bcrs)

Convert TCB to TCL for a clock at BCRS position x_bcrs.

Turyshev Eq. (23)/(25) uses r_M = x - x_M, where x is the clock position in BCRS, x_M is the Moon’s BCRS position, v_M = dx_M/dTCB, and w_ext(x_M) = sum_{B != M} GM_B / |x_M - x_B|.
