Compute alpha0, delta0, W0 from the planetary ephemeris References: IAU Working Report (https://link-springer-com.stanford.idm.oclc.org/article/10.1007/s10569-017-9805-5) For Wdot used value from GMAT R2022a Specification.
- Parameters:
id – Naif ID of the planet
t_tdb – Terrestrial Time (TDB) in seconds since J2000
- Returns:
Planet orientation vector (alpha0 [rad], delta0 [rad], W0 [rad], Wdot[rad/s])
