Mat3 lupnt::RotZdot(Real angle, Real angle_dot)¶: Time derivative of RotZ(angle); see RotXdot. Used by RotSideralMotionDot to compute d/dt Rz(theta_ERA) for the Earth’s sidereal rotation rate, and by the lunar PA/CI Euler-angle rotation-rate reconstruction in frame_conversions.cc.
