Real lupnt::TDBToTt(Real t_tdb, const Vec3 &x_bcrs)¶

Convert TDB to TT for an event at BCRS position x_bcrs.

Uses the Turyshev 2026 Eq. (21)/(22) integral form, including the position-dependent Earth term where r_E = x - x_E and x is the event position in BCRS.
