Mat3d lupnt::RotMoonPaToMe()¶
Returns the constant (time-independent) MoonPa-to-MoonMe frame-bias rotation matrix B_moon, built from the IAU mean-Earth/polar-axis offset angles, such that
v_ME = B_moon * v_PA.Used internally by MoonPaToMe/MoonMeToPa to convert between the Moon-fixed principal-axis (PA) and mean-Earth/polar-axis (ME) frames.
- Returns:
3x3 MoonPa-to-MoonMe frame-bias rotation matrix B_moon (dimensionless)
