Real lupnt::GetProperTimeCorrectionTcl(Real t_tcg, const Vec3 &x_mci)¶

Calculate the proper time in Lunar Coordinate Time (TCL) frame.

Parameters:

t_tcg – Geocentric Coordinate Time (TCG)
x_mci – Position vector in Moon-Centered Inertial (MCI) frame [m]

Returns:

Proper time in TCL frame
