Vec6 lupnt::PlanetCiToIcrf(Real t_tdb, const Vec6 &rv_ci, BodyId body)¶: Translate a planet-centered inertial (ICRF-aligned) state to the SSB-centered ICRF hub, by adding the planet’s ICRF ephemeris state.
