Internal numerics helpers shared by LansEphemeris (ephemeris.cc) and LansAlmanac (almanac.cc): a Chebyshev polynomial basis (and its time derivative), angle unwrapping, cumulative-trapezoid integration, the Radial/Transverse/Normal (RTN) rotation matrix, and the RTN-decomposed RMS/95th-percentile fit-error statistics both classes report from EvalError.
